Anyone offer a view on their WW2 stuff (particularly the Germans and Brits)?
Size compatibility with AB? Quality of sculpt?
Stuff is here:

They look like the old MLR sculpts which became FAA. They are old but they are great if the molds are alright, these are the sculpts that got me into wargaming.

The core of the range are the Dave Alsop designed Hospur then MLR then FAA then Combat (Old Glory) figures.
Some of the FAA lines have identical figures within their ranges that have survived the confusing manufacturer changes.

They are slightly smaller than AB in height although the AB figs "look" slimmer. It is not noticable & they will mix better than some figures. The closes match are probably FAA, but some FAA figures are bigger & some smaller!

Combat have added figures since leaving OG & these are a mix of very different dolls (such as German crew figs) & others that are very similar (possible conversions of existing dollies) such as the Commandos.

I have some of their late war Brits and I like them. I used their casualty pack for the far East game we did at Bovvy - nice four man stretcher party carrying it on their shoulders. Same sculptor as thier 14th Army which I've also used for the game, along with the Japanese.

I also have their Indians and Gurkhas sculpted by Paul Barnshaw, and another chap's done their greatcoated Hungarians, refugees, early Russians which are a slightly chunkier style but good nonetheless.

some of the piccies on the website are a little unclear but if I was in the market for more Germans they'd be no reason I wouldn't get them, perfectly happy with the stuff I've had off them.
