This was done freehand with no measurements as a close inspection will reveal. All scrap and spare parts. The hull is an old piece of blue foam I shaped a few years ago and didn't know what to do with till now.

This works. Proper credit. I took liberties in concept to fit what I had to work with. If I hadn't done the figs last ( the last couple of days) I could have made a really fitting Finn crew (now I wish I had Confused ) It almost became a gunboat for Benedict Arnold on Lake Champlaign but my Finnish roots won out. I'll have to shape another hull.

that is a great link...kinda hard for you not to appreciate the Finns fighting
the russians with spitwads and kick'n their ass...you could do a whole bunch of attack boats and do a Invasion Lenningrad scenario 1942. Very Happy

Great stuff ship figuires and all! Cool

I love it. Also very "Apocalypse Now/Heart of darkness" kind of thing going on......I can almost hear the chug of the engine and the lapping of the water

cool in deed - especially with your one letter miswriting;

"kukkapää" = flowerhead Rolling Eyes
"kakkapää" = s**thead Wink

Intentional Question Cool Very Happy

I thought that 'boska' or something was that. I had a talk with a Finn doing consulting at the mill a few years back on the best Finnish insults. Can't remember his Finnish phrases now but they were more up to date. Rolling Eyes Laughing
That slipped by me. Hate it when that happens. My own actual family name is Kokkinen.
