Very nice, original idea.

Does SHS sell the figures separately? If so I may do the same to give my Romanians some cavalry.

Will the tankettes get markings?

I love the idea of a mixed unit. What did the French used to call them "oil and oat" units or something like that?

Cheers guys, it's appreciated Smile

Figures are Shell Hole scenics- come with horses which I wasn't so taken with so I replaced them with the plastic ones. Don't know if you can just buy the riders... the option isn't available from their one line ordering site why I got mine from.

As for tankette markings that is a tricky one... they should have red/yellow/blue roundels on the hull sides rather than the white cross that other Romanian vehicles had. Didn't fancy hand painting them though... was considering getting French roundels and carefully colouring in the white bit yellow... have to see later on...

Very Nice.

I replaced my SHS horses too - they are less than anatomically correct

Cheers
