we did indeed discuss that mechanised stuff like recce units was allowed,
(cos they were working in a cavalry role) but that a tank from a cavalry regt.
was stretching a point...
however that conversation didn't take place in the group build thread, so
it may have been missed by some members?
its not like there is a prize anyway Wink

Looks great, dont be Embarassed about it being a tank, it wasnt clearly stated in the rules, so its our fault not yours.

Good luck with your entry Smile Smile Smile

Hey Rob, I think it was John Green who asked for air cav. Perhaps somebody else is bearing that idea in mind and has even started (or almost completed?) work on it. There wasn´t a "No go!" for that, or did I miss something? I would break a lance for all those who did something in that manner and the Challenger is really good. But it was said, when asked what would be permitted, that a unit in game terms should be complete as entry. Well, one tank isn´t a unit, is it? Give him a chance to make at least a platoon, and it should work. Nobody should be frustrated having invested time in a project of which he didn´t know it would not be accepted. There is still the voting in the end. Everybody, who feels like an impressive tank is not to compare with skinny horses, will not vote for that entry. It´s just my opinion - take it easy! Very Happy
