Hi Guys

If you have any links /suppliers for terrain based items it would be great to get them posted here so as to create a library of bits and pieces,i would like to put headers in the first post and then transfer any that are supplied into this so as to keep it tidy.

If you have any hints tips or advise about the product or the site you add /post them and we will keep them with the relevant link

Cheers AL

Tip from TSM:
I got the brass foliage from Sally at Hasslefree. There are lots of different types. I chose two and the one type, oak was a bit too heavy.

In the picture above I`ve used the beech and it was just so much easier to manipulate and I reckon it looked better when finished.
The Panther is a Dragon Armour I re painted . I don`t like making kits any more so buy the D A stuff and re paint it.

the same stuff is also available from Hasslefree Miniatures,
(they cut the scalelink frets into quarters i believe) so its cheaper if you
just want to spend a couple of quid to give it a try?

FRENCH ROAD SIGNS FOR NORMANDY

http://www.lonewulfmodels.co.uk/
These are made by P N Sud of France. I have always had trouble trying to get products direct but now they are available from our man in Somerset at Lonewulf Models.
100% dependable and the site is well worth a good look. Lots of strange stuff, midget subs being my favourite.
The signs are resin and a sheet of coloured peel off labels. Simply cut to size and with a decenty paint job they look better than in these piccies .

This is the second of two sets.

If you buy two sets of each set then there are enough sticky labels to make four sets with different signs on them. They are all relevant to the invasion beach areas, if you choose wisely you can field a table where the signs can be placed correctly to make sense in terms of directions etc.
I`ll post up some piccies of my sets asap.
Supplied by TSM

And they stock the 12.8 cm Flak 44 and Flak Trailer by attack...been wanting a couple of those for ages.

I second that request for windows and doors. Rail suppliers have nice plastic ones, but they are designed to be recessed into the wall material. I want windows and doors that are applique style. The late Peter Gilder cast windows and doors in metal for his scratch-building efforts. I got some from his son, Chris, and they were great, but more suited to 28mm.

Any info would be much appreciated.

Cheers
